By using elitecarrentalaugusta.com you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms cover the website itself. The rental agreement you sign when you collect a vehicle is a separate document and it governs the rental.

What this site does

This website gives information about ECR AUGUSTA LLC and lets you send us a request. Submitting a form is a request, not a reservation. No vehicle is held for you and no agreement exists between us until we confirm availability and you sign a rental agreement.

Who can rent

To rent from us you must be at least 21, hold a valid driver's licence, and meet the requirements set out in the rental agreement. We may decline a request at our discretion.

Rates

Weekly rates shown here are current at the time of writing and may change without notice. The rate that applies to you is the one written into your signed rental agreement. Rates shown do not include taxes, fees, deposits or optional extras unless we say so.

Information you give us

Please give us accurate information. Requests with false or incomplete details may be declined. You are responsible for anything submitted from your device.

Using the site properly

Do not use this site to break the law, submit automated or fraudulent requests, interfere with how it runs, or try to reach parts of it you were not given access to.
