Information we collect
We only collect what you type into a form on this site. That is:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- The vehicle class and rental length you are asking about
- What you intend to use the vehicle for
- Any notes or message you choose to write
- Whether you agreed to receive text messages, the exact wording you were shown, and the date and time you agreed
We do not ask for your driver's license, payment details or Social Security number through this website. Those are handled in person when you collect a vehicle.
How we use it
To reply to your request, confirm whether a vehicle is available, arrange pickup, and answer questions about an existing rental. We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade it to anyone.
Text messages
If you tick the consent box on a form, we may text you about your rental request using the number you gave us. Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for assistance. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of renting from us — if you would rather we called, leave the box unticked.
Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Who else sees your information
We use outside services to run the business, and your information passes through them only so they can do that job:
- HighLevel (LeadConnector) — stores our customer records and sends our texts and emails
- GoDaddy — registers our domain and routes our email
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where we need to protect our rights, our vehicles or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that never become rentals are kept while they may still be useful, then removed. Records connected to an actual rental are kept as long as we need them for business and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
Email [email protected] or call (706) 214-2197 to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop hearing from us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection, and your submissions go directly to our customer system. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. You must be at least 21 to rent from us.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted here.
